OC Operations & Maintenance (OC O&M) enhances and protects communities through the operation and maintenance of public infrastructure, while serving a critical role in responding to the aftermath of devastating earthquakes, fires, storm events and other general emergencies. OC O&M is responsible for the maintenance of 340 miles of unincorporated roadways, 380 miles of flood channels and 145 miles of underground drainage facilities and also provides support for various contracted cities and agencies.

Manages services for contract cities/agencies, graffiti abatement and traffic markings.

Provides construction and heavy equipment services in support of maintenance projects and emergency response efforts.

home_repair_service General Maintenance

Oversees general maintenance services on County properties such as right-of-way trimming, fence installation and repairs, trash and debris removal, pump station operation and maintenance, sign fabrication and installation, and welding.

grading Maintenance Programs

Maintenance services such as inspection of road and flood control facilities, scheduling, and contracted operations. Inspects and identifies maintenance needs in unincorporated roadways and flood control facilities. Plans and schedules maintenance work, and manages contracted workforce to supplement in house staff.
